The Merge family began making wine and olive oil in the 1920s around Frascati, Monte Porzio Catone and Agro Romano, with Felice Merge establishing the current entity in 1995. The portfolio includes Epicuro Aglianico, an IGP wine from Puglia made with grapes sourced from various designations.
