Elian Da Ros is a small, independently run producer based in Cocumont in France’s Sud-Ouest. After returning to his hometown in the late 1990s, Elian established his winery and became the first to produce and bottle his own Côtes du Marmandais AOP wines. The estate is owned and operated by Elian Da Ros, who leads the winemaking, with a clear commitment to organic and certified biodynamic farming. Since 2017, he has also collaborated with Sandrine Farrugia on the Histories de Boire project, including limited cuvées such as a magnum-only release. The focus here is on artisanal, sustainably farmed wines with a personal, hands-on approach.
