Domaine Horgelus

France

Domaine Horgelus is a family-owned estate in France’s Sud-Ouest, founded by Joseph Le Menn in 1978 and now owned and run by his son, Yoan Le Menn, who is also the winemaker. The estate combines vineyards with woods and meadows, and focuses on preserving freshness and aromatic character through early-morning harvesting, from 3 a.m. to 11 a.m. Its sustainability efforts include capturing and reusing carbon dioxide produced during alcoholic fermentation. No formal organic or biodynamic certification is listed. The domaine remains a family operation committed to quality and environmental stewardship.
