Hippolyte Reverdy is a family-owned domaine in Verdigny, Sancerre, in the Loire Valley, with a history dating back to around 1600. The estate is run by Michel Reverdy and his daughter Julie Guiard, continuing the family lineage from founder Hippolyte, with Michel leading winemaking and Julie also involved in recent vintages. Farming follows a low-intervention lutte raisonnée approach, with minimal chemical treatments, alongside organic practices and manual harvesting, though no formal certification is noted. The domaine works across multiple vineyard parcels and produces both Sancerre Blanc and Rouge.
