Domaine Guilhem & J‑Hugues Goisot is a family-run estate in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, in Burgundy’s Yonne region. Guilhem and Jean-Hugues Goisot, a father-and-son team, own, operate and make the wines. The domaine produces limited quantities of white and red wines from northern Burgundy appellations including Saint-Bris, Irancy, Chablis and Côtes d’Auxerre. Its vineyards are farmed organically and biodynamically, with Demeter certification confirming its biodynamic practices. The estate follows a small-scale, quality-focused approach rather than pursuing volume.
