Domaine Des Barbatruks is a family-owned natural-wine estate in Burgundy, run by Maxime Lannay and Isabelle Delahaye. Its biodynamically managed vineyards are located across Arbois, Montigny-les-Arsures, Pupillin and Montmarin, with additional grapes sourced from biodynamic growers in the Rhône, Languedoc and Alsace for a négociant range. The couple work entirely by hand, harvesting and sorting the grapes before pressing them in a traditional vertical press. Fermentation is spontaneous with wild yeasts, and the wines are bottled by gravity without fining, filtration or added sulfites. Biodynamic certification and a minimal-intervention approach define the domaine’s artisanal style.
