Château Moulin de la Rose

Château Moulin de la Rose is a family-owned estate in Saint-Julien Beychevelle, Bordeaux, owned by the Delon family since 1971 and now run by Jean-François Delon and Guylène Delon. The vineyard is planted on Garonne gravel soils, with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, and is managed with a strong respect for terroir. Farming is HVE certified and low-input, with hand pruning, hand harvesting, manual sorting, soil work, grass cover with clover and wild barley, organic recycling of pruned wood, minimal plowing, and no weedkiller. Consultant oenologist Eric Boissenot advises the wines. The estate’s careful, hands-on approach and limited production underline its artisanal character.
