Château Mont-Pérat is a family-owned Bordeaux estate acquired by the Despagne family in 1998. Its vineyards lie on the high slopes of Capian, in clay-gravelly soils over limestone. The estate produces two grand vins: a red and a dry white. Vineyard work includes grassing, green harvesting, de-budding, manual leaf thinning, and selective picking, reflecting a hands-on approach focused on quality. No organic or other sustainability certification is stated.
