Château de la Roulerie is an organic estate in the Coteaux du Layon, within Anjou in the Loire Valley, focused on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc. Its origins reportedly trace back to the 14th century, while the château itself dates from the late 19th century. Owners Philippe and Marie Germain revived a property that had been neglected for several years. The estate’s wines range from classic château bottlings and single-vineyard expressions to fresh young-vine cuvées and rare, distinctive releases, reflecting both terroir and stylistic variety. Visits are available by appointment.
