Château Abelyce is a single-vineyard estate in Vignonet, Saint-Émilion, in Bordeaux. Bought by the Aubert family in 2004, it is now part of the Famille Alain Aubert portfolio, with winemaking overseen by Amélie Aubert. The vineyard is planted with mature vines averaging around 45 years of age and is farmed under a culture raisonnée approach, emphasizing sustainable, low-intervention agriculture. With its focus on one site, old vines, and careful farming, Château Abelyce reflects a classic Saint-Émilion estate shaped by attentive vineyard work and a restrained winemaking philosophy.
