Brut Rosé

Family-run since 1847, José Michel is a small grower-producer based in Moussy, near Épernay, in the Côtes d’Épernay and Vallée de la Marne. The estate remains in Michel family hands, with Antonin Michel overseeing the domaine and working as winemaker alongside José Michel. Its vineyards are certified Level 3 Haute Valeur Environnementale, reflecting high environmental standards. The house has a particular affinity for Pinot Meunier, blended with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir across its cuvées, while also producing a 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs. Traditional methods, old vines and oak-barrel vinification inform a range of fresh, lively, fruity and elegant Champagnes, including brut, extra-brut, rosé and vintage wines.
