Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC

Cantina di Soliera is a grower-owned cooperative north of Modena, between the Panaro and Secchia rivers in Emilia-Romagna. Its vineyards lie on sandy-clay soils in a sunny microclimate, with old vines helping preserve local tradition and bring consistency to the wines. The producer is associated with Lambrusco di Sorbara, including a non-vintage sparkling red made from the variety.
