Vermentino di Toscana IGT

Cacciata comes from Podere Pellicciano, a historic family-owned farm in Tuscany revived by the Caputo family in 2003. Its vineyards and olive groves are managed organically and with respect for the environment, with wines focused on native Tuscan and local varieties such as Sangiovese, Malvasia Nera, Colorino, Canaiolo, Trebbiano, Malvasia Bianca, San Colombano, and Vermentino. Federico oversees winemaking and production, while Concetta manages hospitality and Fabio commercial activities, reflecting a hands-on family operation. The wines are presented as organic, vegan, and gluten-free.
