Acústic Celler is a family-run winery based in Marçà, in Catalonia’s DO Montsant, led by Albert Jané and involving his brother Gerard. Founded in 2003, the project is rooted in old native vineyards and traditional farming, with a philosophy of making “acoustic” wines: pure, natural, honest expressions of place with minimal technological makeup. The estate works organically with old Garnatxa, Carinyena, Macabeu, Pansal and related local varieties across several Montsant villages, on poor stony soils at moderate to high elevations. A new winery completed in 2021 is described as sustainable and integrated into the landscape. Acústic Celler’s wines have also received notable critical recognition, including strong praise for Auditori and Braó.
