Terre Gaie is a family-owned winery in Vò, in Veneto’s Colli Euganei, run by Salvatore Lovo, his wife Rita Ferasin, and their daughter Silvia across multiple generations. With Salvatore as winemaker and enologist, the estate focuses on Prosecco, Moscato, and other still and sparkling wines from the area. The winery combines modern technology with respect for local tradition and aims to express the character of the Colli Euganei, including its volcanic terroir. Farming is described as organic and sustainable, with hand-picked grapes, no herbicides, minimal sulfite use, and vegan-friendly methods.
