Terre dei Rumi is a Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOP label from Abruzzo, owned and operated by Tenuta Ulisse Società Agricola S.R.L. Made entirely from Montepulciano grapes, the wine undergoes 15–20 days of fermentation and maceration in stainless-steel tanks at 20–25°C. A portion is then aged in barrique, combining stainless-steel vinification with a measure of oak maturation.
