Scriani is a family-run winery founded in 1999 in Fumane, at the heart of Valpolicella Classica. Led by owner and oenologist Stefano Cottini, the family manages the entire process from vineyard care and hand harvesting to vinification, aging, bottling and sale. Its vineyards, in Monte S. Urbano and La Costa, are planted mainly to native varieties including Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. Cultivation emphasizes meticulous manual work, respect for the vines and surrounding woodland biodiversity, without forced irrigation or nutrition. In the cellar, traditional methods meet a contemporary focus on balance, clarity and linearity, with wines aged in French oak and Slavonian barrels.
