Founded in 1951, Produttori del Gavi is a growers’ cooperative in Piedmont bringing together around 80–95 families cultivating more than 200 hectares of Cortese across 11 municipalities in the Gavi DOCG. Its collective ownership and close collaboration among growers reflect a strong commitment to the local territory. The cooperative emphasizes sustainable and organic viticulture, with several organically certified vineyards, a Bio wine offering, and low-intervention winemaking. Andrea Pancotti leads the cooperative’s winemaking, while the family-owned Binè segment is managed by Luciano and Michelangelo Ghio, with Niccolò Ghio as winemaker and sales manager. The wines focus on expressing Gavi’s identity through high-quality Piedmontese whites.
