Maires is a family-owned winery in Toro, Castilla y León, founded in 2015 by cousins Fernando and Pablo to revive four generations of family viticulture. The project works with Tinta de Toro, including parcels of 60- to over 100-year-old vines, farmed organically according to the available information, though no specific certification is identified.
