Ferrer Bobet

Spain

Ferrer Bobet is a highly regarded producer in Priorat’s Porrera area, one of the region’s cooler, higher-altitude zones, where slate soils help shape wines of freshness, elegance and mineral character. Founded in 2005 and owned and run by friends Sergi Ferrer-Salat and Raül Bobet, the estate is rooted in respect for Priorat’s traditions and landscape. Vineyard work follows strict organic viticulture, without insecticides, fungicides or herbicides, alongside reforestation efforts and careful attention to biodiversity. In the cellar, the same detail continues with hand-harvesting, berry-by-berry sorting, gravity-flow vinification, small-lot fermentations, French oak ageing, and bottling without fining or filtration. The focus is on purity, harmony and transparent expression of the terroir.
