Dornier is a family-owned estate in Stellenbosch’s Upper Blaauwklippen Valley, founded in 1995 by artist Christoph Modeste Dornier and now led by Managing Director Raphael Dornier. Its vineyards span three farms and focus on premium, minimal-intervention wines intended to express the Golden Triangle terroir. A member of the Biodiversity and Wine Initiative since 2006, Dornier practices sustainable viticulture and protects fynbos, although no organic or biodynamic certification is noted.
