Domaine Vincent Delaporte is a family-owned estate in Chavignol, Sancerre, passed down since the 17th century and now overseen by Matthieu Delaporte, with Vincent Delaporte directing winemaking and estate operations. The domaine farms sustainably, using hand-harvesting, organic fertilizers, minimal-intervention techniques and biodynamic methods, without cited formal certification. Its 20–40-year-old vines grow on limestone, clay, sandy-flint and Silex soils. Winemaking combines 228-litre oak barrels with stainless steel, and the wine is bottled after six months without filtration.
