Domaine Luc Lapeyre

France

Domaine Luc Lapeyre is a multigenerational, family-owned estate in Minervois, Languedoc, where the Lapeyre family has worked as vignerons, coopers and merchants. Its vineyards east of the village are planted on gravel, sand and clay soils. Luc Lapeyre oversees the winemaking, following a natural, low-intervention approach with de-stemmed grapes, temperature-controlled fermentations, minimal filtration and, where used, egg-white fining. The wines are intended to express their terroir, with practices described as eco-conscious, although no formal sustainability certification is reported.
