Domaine Landrat-Guyollot is a family-run estate in Saint-Andelain on the right bank of the Loire, making Pouilly-Fumé and Pouilly-sur-Loire from a mosaic of limestone, marl, sand, clay and flint soils, including Kimmeridgian marl rich in marine fossils. Founded in 1686 and held by the family across ten generations, it is directed today by Sophie Landrat-Guyollot. The vineyards are HVE level 3A certified and farmed sustainably, with biodiversity measures, no herbicides or synthetic fertilizers, and careful, parcel-specific cultivation. In the cellar, the domaine favors gentle handling, minimal sulphur, gravity, natural carbon dioxide and lees ageing to produce pure, precise and elegant wines with ageing potential. Its approach reflects a committed artisan-vigneron tradition rooted in observation, respect for nature and long-term stewardship.
