Domaine Jérôme Chezeaux is a family-run estate based in Prémeaux-Prissey in Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits, with roots dating to 1930. Jérôme Chezeaux took over in 1993, continuing the family line from Julien Misserey and Bernard Chezeaux, with further vineyard holdings from his wife Pierrette’s family and involvement from later generations. The domaine farms vineyards across Prémeaux-Prissey, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Vosne-Romanée and Vougeot. Viticulture follows lutte raisonnée principles, with limited chemical inputs and close attention to vine cycles. Harvesting is by hand with careful sorting, and the cellar approach includes full destemming, cold maceration, manual punch-downs and pump-overs, followed by barrel ageing. The estate produces red and white wines from regional through Grand Cru appellations.
