Frey-Sohler is a family-run estate in Scherwiller, Alsace, operated by Damien Sohler, his daughter Aude and his brother Nicolas, representing the fifth and sixth generations of the family. Its granite-based vineyards include the Scherwiller appellation, the Rittersberg terroir and Grand Cru Frankstein. Certified HVE and Terra Vitis, the estate uses cover crops including clover and grassed rows to support soil life. Traditional winemaking focuses on expressing the local terroir across Alsace varieties such as Sylvaner, Riesling and Gewürztraminer, as well as Crémant d’Alsace, Vendanges Tardives and Sélections de Grains Nobles. The family sells exclusively wines from its own vineyards.
