Domaine Fabien Coche

France

Domaine Fabien Coche is a fourth-generation family estate in Meursault, Burgundy, founded in 1940 and formerly known as Coche-Bizouard. Now led by Fabien Coche, with strong family continuity, the domaine farms vineyards across Meursault, Pommard, Auxey-Duresses and other nearby villages. The estate has worked organically since the late 1990s, moved all vineyards to organic cultivation from the 2017 vintage, and gained official organic certification in 2023; the wines are also vegan-friendly. Traditional vineyard and cellar work, minimal-intervention winemaking, and restrained use of new oak shape a style focused on expressing the varied limestone, clay, and marl terroirs of the Côte d’Or.
