Crémant de Bourgogne

Domaine du Vieux Collège is a family-owned, independent estate in Marsannay-la-Côte, Burgundy, run by Eric Guyard since 2006 as part of a seven-generation winemaking tradition. The domaine farms parcels in Marsannay, Fixin and Gevrey-Chambertin, producing single-plot cuvées that express the diversity of Burgundy’s terroirs. ECOCERT organic certified since 2014, it avoids herbicides and synthetic fungicides, uses copper sulfate only when necessary, and relies on careful manual work including disbudding, leaf-thinning and harvesting. Eric Guyard oversees the entire process, from vineyard work and vinification through bottling, marketing and sales, with a focus on quality, biodiversity and terroir expression.
