Domaine des Loups is a family-run estate in Montlouis, Burgundy, founded by Jacky Blot in the late 1980s and owned and operated with his son, Jean-Philippe (JP) Blot. The domaine farms organically certified old-vine Chenin Blanc and produces dry, single-vineyard wines. Winemaking, led by Jacky with contributions from JP Blot and collaboration from François Chidaine, combines Burgundian methods with a restrained approach: wild-yeast barrel fermentation, no malolactic fermentation, minimal filtration and extended aging in steel tanks.
