Founded in 2014 by owner-winemaker Cyril Milochevitch, Domaine de la Sarbèche is a small, family-run estate in Saint-Péray, in the northern Rhône’s Ardèche region. Its vineyards are organically farmed and certified, with altitude and harvest timing contributing to the character of the wines. The domaine produces limited quantities of Saint-Péray, Saint-Joseph and Vin de France wines, with Cornas planned for future release. Milochevitch’s hands-on approach focuses on sustainable farming and terroir-driven wines marked by acidity and structure, suitable for both early drinking and aging.
