Domaine La Colombette is a four-generation Pugibet family estate in Béziers, on sunny hillsides overlooking the Libron valley. François and Vincent Pugibet combine traditional Languedoc varieties with innovative disease-resistant grapes, cultivated through certified organic and pesticide-free practices. The estate produces fresh, fruity wines with personality, including organic cuvées from volcanic terroir, premium wines aged in demi-muid, and the light Plume range at 9% alcohol. Since the early 2000s, the family has pioneered estate-based dealcoholisation, producing alcohol-free wines under the Colombette Zero brand using on-site reverse osmosis and vacuum distillation. All wines are raised and bottled at the property.
