Producer

Domaine B. Millet

France

Millet is a family-owned Loire producer based in Bué, in the Sancerre region, with roots reaching back to the 1930s. Franck and Betty Millet, Nicolas Millet and Steve Millet represent several generations of the family, continuing a hands-on approach across Sancerre, Menetou-Salon and Pouilly-Fumé. The vineyards include limestone-clay, Kimmeridgian marl and flint soils, and farming emphasizes sustainability, organic conversion since 2021, biodynamic and regenerative practices, cover crops, no herbicides and parcel-specific care. Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir are selected rigorously and vinified by plot to preserve balance, typicity and natural expression. The range includes white, red and rosé Sancerre, Menetou-Salon and Pouilly-Fumé whites, with low-intervention cellar work, indigenous-yeast fermentation, low sulphur and vegan-friendly processing.
