Cyprien Perchaud is a second-generation, family-run domaine in Sainte-Gemme-en-Sancerrois, the northernmost village of Sancerre. Founded in 1990 by Daniel Reverdy, it is now owned and managed by his son Cyprien alongside two uncles. The domaine farms Sauvignon Blanc organically, without chemical inputs, on clay-limestone soils in Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé, with biodiversity-focused practices and green-harvest yield control. Organic certification is expected in 2025. Cyprien leads a minimal-intervention approach, using indigenous yeasts and stainless-steel vinification to express the vineyards clearly.
