Château Clerc Milon is an 1855 Classified Growth in Pauillac, owned by the Baron Philippe de Rothschild family and now overseen by Camille Sereys de Rothschild, Philippe Sereys de Rothschild, and Julien de Beaumarchais de Rothschild. Located largely on the Mousset outcrop above the Gironde, the estate works with integrated viticulture, limiting treatments, and also reports trials aimed at encouraging biodiversity and reducing inputs. Caroline Artaud leads the estate and cellar. Clerc Milon is noted for a vineyard including one of Bordeaux’s oldest Carmenère plots, an in-house nursery for preservation, and a style that combines Pauillac elegance with ageing potential. The estate also has a distinctive link to art and the performing arts, reflected in its label and wider family heritage.
