I Gadi Pinot Grigio DOC

Casa Vinicola Bennati is a family-owned boutique winery in the Verona area of Veneto, founded in 1920 and now run by fourth-generation brothers Antonio, Paolo and Giorgio Bennati. The winery focuses on regional wines including Soave, Valpolicella, Amarone and Lugana. Its vineyards have mixed soils and are managed through a combination of manual and mechanical practices; no organic or biodynamic certification is reported. Paolo and Giorgio oversee winemaking, with Antonio also involved, combining family continuity with modern technology, including a large barrel cellar for red-wine refinement.
