Passione Natura Rosé

Carlo Huber is a fully family-owned boutique producer in Priorat, making the “Terroir Històric” blends and single-vineyard “Terroir al Limit” wines. The estate aims to revive the historic Cooperativa de Torroja, supporting local viticulture and young vines. Its certified organic, sustainable and vegan vineyards are farmed with biodynamic and regenerative practices, with a strong emphasis on soil health, biodiversity and long-term resilience. The winery generates its own solar power, uses private well water and heats with wood chips from its forest. Winemaker Dominik Huber guides the estate’s natural-wine style.
