Cantina Ribelà is a small, independent estate in Monte Porzio Catone, in Lazio’s Frascati area within the Castelli Romani Regional Park. Owned and run by Chiara Bianchi and former architect Daniele Presutti, the estate farms old vines biodynamically alongside olive groves and an orchard. Their organic and natural philosophy avoids chemical treatments, invasive work on old vines and ecosystem-altering fertilizers, while seeking to recover local agricultural traditions and traditional grape varieties. Wines ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in open vats and are neither filtered nor clarified, with no chemical additives and total sulfur below 20 mg/l. Most work is handmade, and Daniele designed the winery and oversees cellar operations and winemaking.】【。}
