Borgoluce is a historic family-owned estate in Susegana, at the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG hills. The Collalto family and Lodovico Giustiniani oversee a broad agricultural estate where vineyards coexist with woods, meadows, pastures and other crops. Farming follows organic and biodynamic principles, with a strong focus on soil vitality, biodiversity, limited pesticide use and circularity; livestock residues and agricultural by-products are converted into biogas for renewable energy. The winery is Equalitas-certified and operates a modern, environmentally conscious cellar within the estate. Its wines express the landscape, from fresh, dry Charmat-method Prosecco Superiore to experimental and bottle-fermented, unfiltered cuvées, with winemaking overseen by Lodovico Giustiniani, Elisa Confortin and Alessandro Bernardi.
