Pérez Pascuas is a family-owned estate in Ribera del Duero, founded in 1980 by brothers Benjamín, Manuel and Adolfo Pérez Pascuas and now managed by the second generation within a three-generation family business. The estate works mainly with Tempranillo, with a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon, using estate-grown fruit and hand-harvesting. Its approach emphasizes ecological stewardship, self-sufficiency and respect for the local ecosystem, though no formal organic or biodynamic certification is cited. Winemaking is overseen by José Manuel Pérez Ovejas.
