BLANKbottle is a boutique Western Cape producer founded and owned by winemaker Pieter (Peter) Walser. Working without owned vineyards, a permanent tasting room, or signage, the label draws fruit from vineyards across the region to create unconventional, low-intervention wines, many released as unique small lots.
