Bertrand Machard de Gramont is a small family-owned estate in Burgundy, with vineyards in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Vosne-Romanée and Vergy. Founded and run by Bertrand Machard de Gramont with his daughter-in-law Axelle, who also leads the winemaking, the domaine has been organically certified since 2014. Its vineyards are farmed without synthetic chemicals, using organic practices, natural yeasts and minimal intervention in the cellar. The wines are made in very limited quantities, including only a few hundred bottles from the Vosne-Romanée parcels, reflecting the estate’s artisanal scale and low-intervention approach.
