Zevenwacht is a family-owned and managed estate on the Stellenbosch Wine Route in Kuils River, Western Cape. Its vineyards span the Polkadraai Hills and the boutique Zevenrivieren farm at Helshoogte Pass, with winemaking led by Hagen Viljoen and contributions from Charles Lourens. The estate produces several ranges, including the Z Collection, Estate, Tin Mine, 7even and Jan collections. Alongside wine, it operates a restaurant, hotel, spa and other hospitality facilities. Zevenwacht emphasizes historic and cultural preservation and conservation of the indigenous environment, although no formal sustainability certifications are noted.
