Tenuta Sette Cieli is a family-run estate in Tuscany, located at 400 metres above sea level between Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci. Founded by Erika and now managed by Erika, Ambrogio and Acqua, the estate farms its vineyards organically, with all work carried out by hand and without chemical inputs. The vineyards, planted from 2001 on terraces bordered by dry-stone walls, grow Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec. Fermentations are spontaneous with indigenous yeasts, and the wines are aged in small French oak barrels, reflecting an approach focused on respecting nature and expressing the estate’s distinctive hillside setting.
