Producer

Moët & Chandon

France

Moët & Chandon, founded in 1743, is the world's largest Champagne house, producing approximately 30 million bottles annually. It is owned by the LVMH luxury conglomerate. The estate owns extensive vineyards of about 1,150–1,200 hectares, with significant Grand Cru and Premier Cru holdings across Champagne's main regions. It operates the most extensive underground cellar network in the region, a UNESCO World Heritage site. While large-scale, the house maintains a focus on craftsmanship under Cellar Master Benoît Gouez. Sustainability initiatives include ISO 14001 certification, a program for sustainable viticulture, and the Natura Nostra biodiversity project.
