Force Majeure is a boutique Washington producer based in the Walla Walla Valley, with estate vineyards on Red Mountain and in the Walla Walla Valley, including The Rocks District of Milton-Freewater. Its steep, rocky Red Mountain estate is farmed entirely by hand across diverse soils and micro-blocks, reflecting a strongly vineyard-focused approach. The winery specializes in small-production, estate-grown single-vineyard Bordeaux and Rhône wines, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cabernet Franc and blends. Its Parabellum label offers more approachable Rhône-style wines made with the same care in the vineyard and cellar. Releases are limited and primarily offered through mailing lists, select retailers and restaurants. The wines aim to express their varied terroirs through a style that balances power, elegance and richness.
