Edi Keber is a family-run winery in Collio, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, founded by Edi Keber and now managed by his children Kristian and Veronika. The family has cultivated vineyards on ponka sandstone-marl soils for more than 300 years and also operates a winery in Brda, Slovenia. Certified organic and biodynamic, the estate emphasizes biodiversity, permaculture and minimal intervention, using herbal teas, biodynamic preparations, reduced copper and sulphur, and livestock for natural fertilisation and soil management. Kristian oversees the vineyards and cellar, while Veronika manages administration and hospitality. Since 2008, the Italian estate has focused on a single white wine, expressing the distinctive territory through traditional, identity-driven winemaking.
