Domaine Etienne Delarche

France

Domaine Etienne Delarche is a family-owned, third-generation estate in Pernand-Vergelesses in Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune, overseen by Etienne Delarche, who learned from his late father Philippe. The domaine farms mature vines, many over 50 years old, and follows an organic and sustainable approach rooted in a simple natural philosophy, without formal certification. In the cellar, Etienne Delarche works with hand-harvested fruit, indigenous-yeast fermentations, limited aging in older French oak, and bottles wines unfined and unfiltered. The style is artisanal and traditional, with vineyard character central to the wines.
