Domaine d’Ouréa is a boutique family estate in the Southern Rhône, owned and operated by Adrien Roustan, who inherited it from his grandfather after studying oenology and gaining experience in Burgundy and California. Certified organic since 2012 and fully biodynamic since 2020, the estate carries out all vineyard work by hand, including pruning, ploughing, and harvesting. Its wines are made with whole-cluster fermentation, concrete aging, and unfined, unfiltered bottling with minimal added sulfur. The modest portfolio reflects a focused, artisanal approach.
