Producer

David Trousselle

France

David Trousselle runs a small, family-owned domaine in Baubigny, in Burgundy’s Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, with his wife. The vineyards are farmed organically and naturally, with ECOCERT certification since the 2022 vintage. David is the sole winemaker, working with hand-harvested fruit, native yeasts, neutral oak and limited new oak. The domaine produces single-vineyard Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, alongside tiny parcels in Santenay and Auxey-Duresses. Its very limited production reflects a hands-on, artisanal approach focused on minimal intervention and careful expression of each site.
