Coolhurst Vineyards is a boutique English Sparkling Wine producer based in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in West Sussex, part of a seventh-generation family estate. Cousins Charlie and Will took over the estate from their fathers, bringing distinct professional backgrounds to the project. The winery focuses on single-vineyard, single-vintage and single-varietal wines, made from carefully selected hand-picked fruit. Its Lady Elizabeth 2015 vintage followed the tiny, experimental 2014 release and established the house style. Coolhurst’s wines are presented as expressions of a specific time and place, with quality prioritised over quantity.
